If you do not receive your purchase email, please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folders.

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact Customer Support.

Where possible, include your order number and the email address used for the purchase so we can assist you more quickly.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a functioning copy of the purchased file where appropriate.

8. Digital Products, Refunds & Cancellations
Because of the nature of digital products and their usual immediate availability after successful payment, digital product sales are final once the product has been downloaded, accessed or used.

Refunds are not provided because of:

• A change of mind;
• An accidental purchase;
• Failure to review the product description, language, format, compatibility, contents or other product information before purchase; or
• The customer no longer needing or wishing to use the product.

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us.

We will work to restore access or provide a functioning copy of the purchased file where appropriate.

Technical assistance, restoration of access or provision of a functioning replacement file does not itself constitute a refund or exchange.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

If Worth Finding introduces physical products in the future, separate return, exchange and refund terms may apply to those products.
